1. Acceptance

By using ScriptureBook you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Who We Are

ScriptureBook is operated by Daily Build Studio LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when registering.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

ScriptureBook offers a free tier and a paid ScriptureBook+ subscription at $7.99/month or $59.99/year. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time.

5. Your Content

Notes, comments, and cross-references you create remain yours. By submitting content you grant us a license to store and display it within the app.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

7. Bible Content

Bible translations available in ScriptureBook are either public domain or used under license. All study content is © 2026 Daily Build Studio LLC.

8. Disclaimers

ScriptureBook is provided as-is. We make no guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

Daily Build Studio LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of ScriptureBook.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes.
